So anyone who is a member of my facebook group, The UK T-Shirt Lobby, will know that I am a MASSIVE fan of a lady called Dani Wallace.
Dani runs a movement called I Am The Queen Bee and she uses bee analogies to teach business and life skills. As a talented singer, Dani was performing nightly at venues all around the country, but then of course the dreaded lurgy hit and all that had to stop. I'm sure even Dani herself would admit that scary turn of events was the making of her business.
As well as being a singer, Dani was helping people to master their speaking skills. The pandemic gave her the opportunity to really concentrate on this and to say it has flourished is an understatement.
Dani has helped many, many people, me included, to get out there and Bee Heard. She is also keen to give back, having already staged the Big Festoon last year to raise money for those affected by domestic violence.
So I'll be watching tomorrow, cheering her on with genuine affection for this woman who has come so far already, but is seriously flying higher and higher. Tomorrow and Friday Dani is hosting Bee Inspired, her flagship event, with 22 phenomenal speakers. Some of these speakers will be students of Dani's courses; some are business leaders and coaches. There's an Olympic medalist too!
You still have time to buy a ticket, it's £89 plus VAT which I gulped at at first because I can be a bit of a tightwad, but once I looked at the content and the people speaking it suddenly seemed a lot cheaper... Lisa Johnson is going to be speaking twice - if you are aware of Lisa you will know she alone would charge way more than £89 to be beamed through to you live!
